((It’s always best to do this even if you’re in a guild. Logs are located: World of Warcraft_classic_\Logs and named with “CombatLog”Īssuming you went with the Uploader, you’ll want to make sure ‘Personal Logs’ is selected under ‘Choose the guild you want to upload to’. So either exit WoW or just remember to delete the Log manually. In game under Settings → Network, you’ll want to tick ‘Advanced Combat Logging’.įYI: You won’t be able to delete the Log file after it’s uploaded while WoW is running “file in use” error.

Addons like DBM have this option under: Options → Extra Features - “Auto Logging Options” ( you will need to make sure ‘Only record non trivial content’ is NOT checked or else risk previous content not being recorded)įrom the above, use the WCL Uploader ( ). All you need is an addon that activates the Combat Logging (though you can do it manually, but that’s a PITA).
